Product description
Soft insulating fire brick: refers to the Al2O3 content of 50%-85% light firebrick, with mullite as the main crystalline phase and the combination of high quality insulation materials. The main characteristics are: high strength of high temperature structure, low creep at high temperature, small thermal expansion coefficient, strong floc resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance. According to the different aluminum content and volume density, the use of temperature of 1350-1700℃, can directly contact the flame furnace working layer lining.

Application of soft insulating fire brick
Soft insulating fire brick is high level insulation products for kiln and furnace, which can be used for higher temperature insulating layer than common insulating bricks.
Applications of soft insulating fire brick:
◆Glass industries iron & steel industries
◆Ceramics industries non-ferrous metals industries
◆Heat surface fireproof lining other fire-proof back lining
◆Electrolytic Aluminum industries power generation industries

Advantages of CH Refractories manufactured soft insulating fire brick
◆ High purity
Low impurity content has very low oxide content such as alkali metals in the iron box, so it has high refractoriness and high aluminum content;
◆ Extend lining service life
The precise appearance dimensions can speed up the masonry construction, reduce the use of refractory mud, and ensure the strength and stability of the masonry;
◆ Customized on demand
bricks are easy to process and can be processed into special shapes according to customer needs, thereby reducing the number of bricks and joints.
